How fast can I get started?

Can I use Withers for both mobile and salon grooming?
Yes! Withers is built for both. Every appointment is tagged as salon or mobile, and your schedule, reports, and payroll all reflect the difference. You can run a hybrid operation from one account.
How do the SMS reminders work?
SMS reminders use a secure provider (Twilio). Your deployment sets the sending number; you toggle reminders in Settings. We handle the wiring so you do not have to write code.
Can I send intake forms to new clients?
Yes. Build your intake form inside Settings, copy the shareable link, and send it via text or email to new clients. They fill it out, sign your grooming agreement digitally, and the submission automatically saves to their pet profile.
What is included in the 1,000 SMS?
Reminders, confirmations, schedule updates, and two-way inbox replies through your Withers number. Most shops with 150–250 appointments/month stay within the included allowance. Need more? Add SMS packs from your account.
What counts as a salon vs. a van?
A salon is a fixed location with its own schedule. A van is a mobile grooming unit with routes and its own calendar. Your plan includes 2 units — for example 1 salon + 1 van, 2 salons, or 2 vans. Need a third (or more)? Add any extra salon or mobile van for $49/month each — and you get 200 more SMS with every extra base.
Can I add more than 2 salon or mobile bases?
Yes. Your plan includes 2 bases (salon locations, mobile vans, or a mix). Beyond that, purchase additional bases at $49/month each — salon or mobile. Every extra base also adds 200 SMS to your monthly allowance.
Are payment processing fees included?
No — your Withers subscription covers the platform only. Card processing is billed separately by Stripe.

Stripe's standard US rates: 2.9% + $0.30 per online card charge, 2.7% + $0.05 for in-person Tap to Pay / Terminal, and an extra 1.5% for international cards. Confirm your exact rates in your Stripe dashboard.
Can I use boarding and daycare if I only groom today?
Yes. You still get the full platform — turn on boarding or daycare when you need them. One price whether you use every module on day one or grow into them later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel any time from your account settings — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. You keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
